  1. Why are people getting depressed or claiming anxiety over something they can’t control? Why not try and sort your own stuff out to be happier? And before anyone says they can’t, there is at least one thing you can do to make your life easier or better, you just choose not to and would rather wallow in your own self pity. Even if you do one tiny thing for someone else it will make you and them feel better but you’re too lazy and selfish
