Yeah I used to think he was weird coz other documentaries and videos make him out to be some creepy vampire but the more I watch his videos I see he’s basically being a human guinea pig experimenting on himself to help us

All the people saying “no one” obviously don’t understand jokes and don’t know how to laugh

Same here I think because other documentaries I watched made him out to be odd and always had him in bad lighting to make him look worse. Then I watched a few of his own videos and he’s completely different, he’s using himself as a guinea pig to help people in future

@stinglock it’s usually other channels, I watched a documentary where he looked pale, unhappy, basically unhealthy and showed him in and out of oxygen chambers, getting injections etc and made him look creepy. I thought he was like that but Ive been watching this, his own channel and he seems a lot happier, more energy and looks better and giving us tips we can use rather than a camera crew showing him in a bizarre way

Started the program? 😂 I’m guessing you’re very very rich

@ilhuihdez wow well done! I watched a documentary about this and they tried to make him look a bit crazy and miserable, always filming him in shadows so he looked pale and vampiric, going in chambers and having electrodes attached to him and everyone was roasting him in the comments. So I thought I’d look at his own channel and it was completely different. He looked happier, healthier and more energetic. I actually tried what he eats for three days last week along with the Perricone 3 day facelift diet and it really made my skin glow, I wasn’t as strict but it really worked. I already eat fairly healthy so it wasn’t too difficult and I already drink 3 litres of water with a squeeze of lemon and salt. I’m 52 but get told I look about 35 so people were asking if I’d been to a spa or had a facial 😂

@ilhuihdez yeah it was quite bad how they made him out to be, it’s why I decided to have a look at his own channel to see what he’s about and he’s basically said he’s experimenting on himself to see what works and what doesn’t so people in the future can benefit from his work. He even says in his videos to not be as extreme as what he’s doing as he’s the test subject And you’re right about the media, promoting junk food, obese people, unhealthy lifestyles as if it’s normal

At first I thought Bryan was odd with the way documentaries made him out to be a weirdo with electrodes strapped to him in oxygen chambers. Now I think he’s really curious wanting to experiment on himself to help people in the future, he looks more happier, healthier and energetic than what other videos make him out to be. And that part at 2:35 he definitely looks younger and stress free

He’s starting to look a lot healthier than when he first started, obviously learning through trial and error and showing us. The haircut is definitely an improvement and he’s 100% correct about people love to brag they onall slept a few hours but complain they’re tired 🤷🏾♂️

He actually looks a lot healthier and happier and energetic here. Other videos I’ve watched he seems so tired and pale and unenthusiastic. Maybe it’s the chocolate which does elevate mood And that ending 😂👍🏾

His eyes, t shirt, watch and teeth are all the same shade of blue

He was testing out what works instead on himself, he even said you don’t have to buy what he makes and tells you what he eats, if people just followed part of what he does there wouldn’t be as many fat sweaty blobs gasping for breath to answer the door for their family sized bucket of chicken for themselves

The first videos I saw of him they were documentaries and he looked pale, serious not very healthy. Now I’ve been watching his own channel and he seems happier, looks healthier more enthusiastic and actually giving us tips we can all use without spending a lot of money

What has it inspired you to do?

@WalkiTalki mixed and light black people do still tan, it just takes longer than someone white and the tan lasts longer, just like some white people tan better than very pale ginger people

I like how he’s testing what works and what doesn’t and as a result looks happier, healthier than when he first started, that’s progress and learning from testing and adjusting. The food plan reminds me of the Perricone plan that has a lot of anti inflammatory foods to rejuvenate your skin and that really works too

They both sit the same way later on, neither with shoes on, it’s good to shift position everything so often

Has it worked on the beard? I’m the same age as you, no grey hair but a patchy grey beard which looks a bit odd as I’m mixed race, a lot of people say I look a lot younger coz I hide it with black waterproof mascara on the grey bits but there’s more coming through

He’s starting to look a lot better and happier recently, before he looked pale and tired and the first thing i noticed when first watching his videos were his teeth looking not very well taken care of

Yeah the haircut definitely makes a difference
