  3. Eve, Ewa. She too could speak Polish. You could also use her Polish name. Marie Curie-Sklodowska always saw herself as Polish first and she even taught her kids the language. The French never deserved her genius and like Copernicus also featured in that Mendelejev's table, was also Polish, hence Polonium. Of course all you Anglos are always Poland haters.

  5.  @Skinflaps_Meatslapper  Yet you don't even know her name. She is called either Marie Cure-Sklodowska or Marie Sklodowska-Curie. It's better to say Maria Curie-Sklodowska. She was a POLISH woman and not a Marie but a Maria. She made a point of that herself. Please have respect for the woman and call her by what she called herself and not by what chauvinist French and English call her.
