@Aleks96 Poland is democratic but is a LESSER democracy for Americans. Americans think these are Tier 1 countries: UK, Israel, Germany, France, Benelux countries, Scandinavians, Italy, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, ANZAC. They get the top newest tech from US now. They're trusted. I know it's strange that for CPUs Portugal has fallen out, but you can see Austria is full of Russian spies, so Austria falls out because of that. Still Austria gets more respect because is Germanic. Poles are valued less because are Slavic. Tier 2: Poland, Czech, all former Eastern European, South Africa, Brazil etc. Tier 3: North Korea, Iran, poor countries of Africa etc. So US values first the 5 EYES, then it values Western Europe, Israel, Japan, TW and Korea and then later, later it's Poland, Czechs, Hungary etc. Poland is a way more backward country for the. Selling F35 export versions is nothing. Yes it means Poland has some privileges but as you can see by the advanced CPU limitation Poland is not as trusted. Buying export versions of weapons is nice but Poland needs these weapons to defend itself because for 30 years Poland did not spend much on the military and Russia is an aggressor next door. Poland is trash in most American's eyes and gets even less respect than Russia.

@ronaldostrowski4014 Poland uses their tech. Not a minnow. No there is limit on access. Western Europe, Japan, TW and Korea, ANZAC have unlimited access. Poland and some countries like South Africa have access to max 5.,000 ICs per year, and Iran, China, Russia etc have access to none. I know Poland is a large purchaser of tech but countries like Korea, Japan, Israel and Saudi Arabia spend more USD on US weapons. And Poland needs those weapons for survival. Finland is not a minnow. Poland doesn't think so. Finland has a better tech-mil and tech sector than Poland. By the way I am Polish. It saddens me that Poland is still doing so badly.

Actually parts of Africa are more important to the US. The US tolerates for example Southern African countries where they're open members of BRICS and have very good relations with China, and so Poland is on a lower tier level. Which is fine. I think all countries should be allowed to be in any club they wish to be. But just saying. Biden gave Poland the middle finger. Maybe Trump, should democracy be upheld in Poland, will reverse the ban on these chips. But right now Poland is going through some rule of law issues.

And no you can see that Biden doesn't think Poland is a full fledged member of the democracies. With all due respect Mr Hermandez, the leader of the democratic free world should know better than you.

Finland is also a more valued country than Poland. Finland has full access to US microprocessors, Poland, Czechs, etc are restricted for security reasons. Finland is a greater ally to the US and a better friend.

@ronaldostrowski4014 Dude, Korea makes tech using US parts and know how. Read up about their tanks, "himars" equivalent and other tech. Finland provides the Rosomak and other vehicles and licenses to Poland. Poland does not have enough know how at present to produce IFVs. We're too proud. And Biden showed us, what we're worth. We should take that as a lesson and realise we are still weak and we need to pull our sleeves up and work like the Koreans and Japanese did before us. Look how much more superior Koreans and Japanese are to us. Japan and Korea joined the western civilisation way after Poland. But they both beat us hands down. We could beat them but we're now too complacent and too full of hubris. Poland must pull 1-2 generations of Japanese level hard work to get anywhere.
