  1.  @pcgaming1031  Poland was just confirmed a second tier country by Joe Biden. So highly limited exports of advanced microprocessors while the rich, fat countries: Western Europe, Korea, Japan, Australia, Canada get unlimited access. This will further propel them ahead in the AI race, and many pundits claim that is a major economic boom coming up. So I disagree pcgaming, Poland is a tier 2 country and will remain so because poor countries can't cross that glass ceiling. The rich states won't let them. Unless they're huge like China or India and o it in other ways then. But Poland is a mid sized country with rich neighbours who want to see a poor Poland and a nice assembler of subcomponents and market for 2nd tier goods (best quality stays in Germany etc). Poland is borked.

  2. Especially as what Biden did recently with the export of computer chips to Poland. We're on the level of countries which have been pro Putin, at least rhetorically.
