You had German Nazi street reprisals and places like Wola in Warsaw in 44. You had NKVD actions. You had Nanking. You had the Yugloslav war in the 1990s. You had Rwanda. You had Cambodia. And so on and on. Recently you have massacres of Ukrainians in Bucha, Irpin etc by Russian invaders.
