@chae_shoko Death penalty is closer to North Korea. In Europe we understand the death penalty but we know mistakes can happen. Rather let a guilty party go to jail than kill one innocent person. Value of human life is No 1. In North Korea it's not and Japan seems to prefer to be close to NK.

@小峠-t9b Japan wants to be in the European club. But this keeps Japan out of this club. This makes Japan more like North Korea. It is up to you if you like that association or not.
