  1. If US sends navy seals to Russia it's nuclear war. US is not even willing to back Ukraine properly so they will never send SEALS to Russia. It would be a one way trip and 3rd World War.

  2. If they are operating there they're likely GRU connected. GRU are the real secret service of USSR and Russia. KGB/NVKD was the weaker service.
