  1.  @WheresWes  Dude it depends on the invidual. I'm a guy who is 49 but I look younger than you. I'm Polish. BUT I do one thing. I avoid the sun. I don't smoke. My mother in her 70s looked 50. My father in his 80s looks 60. It all depends on the family and how people look after themselves. I don't use any skin creams but I avoid the sun, especially on my face. Living mostly in Cape Town, SA doesn't help because the UV index is high here but I still succeed at it.
