  1. A lawyer on another channel thinks that Trump could be sentenced to 6-12 months in prison if convicted in this case. I would think more likely home confinement. I think DA Alvin Bragg brought this case due to the backlash from Bragg dropping the slam-dunk valuations fraud case against Trump in early 2022. That case resulted in guilty verdicts against the Trump org. and a guilty plea to 15 felonies from Allen Weisselberg. It was horrible when Bragg dropped that case. Trump likely would already have been convicted by now.
