I live in a blue state. My city has an ordinance which limits rent increases. All places should have that.

@coryluke12 And unaffordability doesn't??? What difference does it make if there are empty apartments sitting around with rents so high most people cannot afford them? All of that expensive housing becomes "less available" to most people.

@dcg590 Regulations are not at all unconstitutional. Nothing in the US constitution says that a state cannot regulate how much someone can charge. Furthermore, my state is doing quite well economically, unlike a lot of red states which typically fill the ranks of worst education, worst healthcare, worst infrastructure, etc. But please do keep trolling this video and this YouTube channel. YouTube algorithms see your trolling comments as activity and then use that to promote these videos which you hate to more and more people. Nice self-own, troll.

@dcg590 Nowhere in the US Constitution does it say that a state cannot regulate the businesses within that state. It is completely legal for a state or local government to set regulations on businesses.
