You could win, but only after spending a lot of money defending yourself against the IRS in court. From Google searches, one round of IVF could result in 12 fertilized eggs. That number varies widely. But each time you have an IVF treatment where it is still available, suddenly you could claim 12 additional dependents on your taxes. AGAIN, DO NOT DO THAT. THE IRS WILL COME AFTER YOU.
