  1. A presidential primary could have helped, but Democrats never have a real presidential primary. The DNC and Hillary Clinton rigged the 2016 primary in favor of Hillary with their secret, corrupt "Joint Fundraising Agreement". Barack Obama, James Clyburn, and the conservative Dem candidates rigged the 2020 primary in favor of Joe Biden. So, no, with the way Democrats rig their presidential primaries, a 2024 presidential primary would not have worked.
