  1. He is so excited because he has never been to a supermarket anywhere before. Aldi in the USA has carts which take a quarter to unchain. The main reason is to save on labor costs of store workers going out to the parking lot all the time to return the carts. We also have cart escalators in different places in the USA. But Tucker hates the USA and loves Russia, so why doesn't he just move there permanently? His career has tanked here. A lot of us hate him here. Just go to Russia, Tucker. See which roof you "fall" from after you say the wrong thing about Putin.
