The Squad do not need to sell out like this. They should either stay silent, or do the Pelosi-type non-answer: Biden will make his decision. Whatever the Dem establishment has promised The Squad, none of those promises will matter if Biden stays in and Trump wins. If The Squad's goal is to defeat Trump, then they should never be supporting Biden.
