Elon Musk is not an engineer. He got a BA in physics and a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Elizabeth Holmes has more of an engineering background that Elon Musk does. Elizabeth Holmes was the founder and CEO of Theranos, a pipe-dream blood testing company. She is now serving an 11 year prison sentence. Holmes studied chemical engineering at Stanford from 2002-2004, before she dropped out.
