  1. The caller from Illinois who is so outraged that the CEO got killed does not understand how insurance is supposed to work. It is insurance because it is supposed to insure us for when bad stuff happens, not just for bad stuff which has already happened. Insurance works when everyone is on it, so that the costs from people who need it get spread around more equitably. That caller seems to want to financially punish people for getting sick.
