  1. Biden's wanting to end cancer would be a good thing, but would be very, very hard to do. Even then, different cancers are about out-of-control rapid cell division. Chronic illnesses, in sharp contrast, have wildly different causes and effects. Heart disease is much different than chronic lung disease, as well as neurological diseases, bone thinning, etc. Just saying you want to end all chronic diseases is kind of like saying what you want is world peace. It sounds good, but in reality it is just a BS statement.
