  1. When the Defense Department fails audits, that means the people in charge of disbursements and oversight are either corrupt, incompetent, or both. The question should be, why haven't you fired these people and hired upstanding people who can pass audits instead. Passing the audits should be the most basic thing. They are failing even at that.

  2.  @imgabnun  Failing an audit means that money spent is not accounted for. Failing five years in a row is absolutely inexcusable. Enough with the garbage of failing audits five years in a row.
