  1. I am a US citizen. I lived in the Netherlands 2018-2020 under Dutch American Friendship Treaty. In the USA, I pay ~$191 a month for Obamacare, w/ gov't subsidizing the rest up to full cost of ~$550/mo. Deductible is ~$7200 and copays are ~$50. In the Netherlands, everyone is required to buy private health insurance. The treaty I was on did not allow me to take Dutch gov't funds. The entire cost of my Dutch insurance was ~€130 ($143) per month. That let me see almost any doctor. No copays to see doctor or psychotherapist. Deductible (riscio) of €385 (~$424)
