Then when asked to sing a few bars during a television interview, Lara Trump sang part of the same song without the autotune, which was very off-key and bad. So does this mean Lara Trump's career as a pop star is over.

  18. The problem with the argument that she is laying a trap for Trump is that the gag order is not a punishment but a protection. The gag order is used to protect potential witnesses and jury members from tampering as well as to protect court personnel et al. from threats of violence. If Trump were to say something which caused violence, then temporarily lifting the gag order would not be a very good decision.

Most of us are not public figures. George Santos chose to lie. George Santos chose to run for congress. I think that in Ron DeSantis's book and speeches, he has already publicly admitted he was punishing Disney for criticizing his Don't Say Gay law. I am not certain of that, but then again I am not a lawyer for Disney. In any case, getting governor's office documents and communications through discovery would likely help bolster Disney's case.

Trump is the majority stockholder in Truth Social. Usually, his holdings would be frozen for 6 months after the merger so as not to cause a sharp decline in the stock price. However, if Trump could convince the other stockholders to let him cash out immediately, then they would lose money after the stock price drops. Some of the co-founders are suing Trump, which could delay things until it is too late for him.

  46. The court should declare her to be a vexatious litigant. A vexatious litigant is someone who files lawsuits without merit solely to harass or subdue an adversary. The adversary in this instance could be the State of Arizona or the Governor or Secretary of State of Arizona. Once someone is officially declared a vexatious litigant, they cannot file new lawsuits unless they get permission from a judge first. That would stop Kari Lake's BS of tying up the courts.

  50. One news story I read also said that the gravestone of a soldier who ended their own life was in the Trump video. That person's family apparently did not give permission to have their loved one's gravestone and name included in the Trump campaign video.
