  1. I don't think there would be "no evidence" without these office documents. I think that in Ron DeSantis's book and speeches, he has already publicly admitted he was punishing Disney for criticizing his Don't Say Gay law. I am not certain of that, but then again I am not a lawyer for Disney. In any case, getting governor's office documents and communications through discovery would likely help bolster Disney's case.
