  1. I do not see how this would be "gaming the system". Refreshing the screen over and over simulates what would happen over days or weeks. That simply serves to save time when gathering valid evidence that X allegedly places corporate ads next to pro-Nazi posts. Really gaming the system would be something like manually editing the javascript used in the X website locally to bring in pro-Nazi posts instead of posts that were actually on X. That was not the case here. X will lose this lawsuit.
