  1. The court should declare her to be a vexatious litigant. A vexatious litigant is someone who files lawsuits without merit solely to harass or subdue an adversary. The adversary in this instance could be the State of Arizona or the Governor or Secretary of State of Arizona. Once someone is officially declared a vexatious litigant, they cannot file new lawsuits unless they get permission from a judge first. That would stop Kari Lake's BS of tying up the courts.
