  1. The guy on the right seems to be saying that the content of what Biden said is correct, but it is just how he said it that is wrong. NO! What Joe Biden said that the black community is not diverse, with notable exceptions, is completely wrong. Plus, it seems like the guy on the right is just making excuses to justify Biden's bad comments. There is no justification for them. Joe Biden is racist.
