  1. When Trump or Giuliani are in the hospital, the staff is watching them literally all the time. They also get any and all tests no matter how expensive, since the doctors don't have to get permission from insurance, so there is less risk for them. That is why they can be given experimental, untested treatments that the rest of us don't get.
