  1. Trump won some Obama voters in 2016. I doubt many Obama-Trump or Hillary voters will vote for Trump this time. The question is are they just not going to vote in 2020. Less of an issue, states Trump won in 2016 like Wisconsin and Michigan now have Democratic governors. Maybe that will prevent voter disenfranchisement in those states or at least drive people to vote with their governor. Third, COVID-19 is a big motivator against Trump.
