I think Trump is a flight risk because he is finally facing some consequences for his actions. This time it is different for him. This time he is facing at least 91 criminal counts in 4 indictments. He has never faced that before. So if it gets really bad for Trump and it looks like he will be going to prisona, I think he will try to flee to Russia where there is no extradition treaty with the USA. Neither the UAE, which contains Dubai, nor Saudi Arabia has an extradition treaty with the USA. However, that would strain relations with the USA for either of them to harbor a fugitive from the USA.
