  1. I live in the USA. Here, the laws allow much of the hate speech. So this would probably be allowed under USA laws. I am trying to leave (again) for a country which has stronger laws against hate speech.

  2. @renetorres3568 It depends. I think defamation laws in the USA require very specific false statements of fact, not opinion, directed to very specific people or companies. For example, Elon Musk called a diving expert "pedo guy". The diving expert sued Musk for defamation. Elon Musk won. I would think that "pedo guy" would be much more defamatory than "groomer".
