  1. I watched NY AG James's statements. She never mentioned DA Alvin Bragg until a reporter later asked about him. I expected her to say, "Alvin who?" They were supposedly cooperating: James on civil case and Bragg on criminal case. They could have done a joint statement. Maybe the criminal case wasn't ready. But James said there is evidence of violation of criminal laws at state and federal levels. She is making referral to SDNY for criminal charges. That makes Alvin Bragg the original Aileen Cannon, with the exceptions that he was elected as a "Democrat" to the DA position.
