  1. Even if Democrats in the Senate did suspend the filibuster and pass legislation, the current extreme Supreme Court would strike down those laws anyway. The Democrats need to reform the Supreme Court, first by adding at least four seats, then by adding term limits to Supreme Court justices. None of that will even be tried as long as Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden are in positions of "leadership".
