  1. Donald Trump promised that he would pull out of the Iran nuclear treaty and negotiate a much better treaty. He did unilaterally pull the USA out of the treaty, but he completely failed to even start to negotiate any other treaty. Same thing with Obamacare. Trump promised to kill Obamacare and replace it with a much better universal coverage program. When he tried but failed to kill Obamacare, he had nothing to replace it.
