  1. Even appearing to destroy priceless works of art does not help your case; it only hurts it. Peaceful protest, yes. Damaging irreplaceable paintings, hell no. Other people may see this and then do actual harm to works of art. This also gives right-wingers more to bash climate change activists with. Not acceptable. BTW, Van Gogh is not pronounced "van go". I lived in the Netherlands for 2 years. The 'gh' at the end of "Gogh" makes a hard 'h' sound like in "human", but deep in the back of the throat almost like gargling saliva.
