  1. Merrick Garland: We cannot charge Trump or his cronies during a mid-term election year because it might affect the outcome of the election. Definitely cannot charge during a presidential election year either. Also, not in the year before the pres. election because of the primary campaign. We cannot charge Trump on a day of the week ending in "y" because Trump is busy that day, watching Fox News or playing golf. I was never a fan of democracy anyway. I'm hoping to get rewarded nicely by Supreme Leader Trump or DeSantis. If not, I am rich enough to flee the country if needed.
