  1. It's not just lack of preparation. The US military has NO emergency response capability. The head of the National Guard Bureau kept answering questions and seemed fine with the Nat'l Guard response. He said they deployed within 8 hours of being approved. This was a terrorist attack! Does he expect the next terrorists to give the USA 8 hours or more notice??? Complete failure.
