  1. Rand Paul didn't want to follow the rules which every other ophthalmologist has to follow by getting re-certified every 10 years. So Mr. Paul instead created his own certification board, headed by himself. Rand Paul since 2005 has only been certified by himself. I do not consider Rand Paul a real doctor and I would never go to see any quack who certified himself. Maybe one could say Rand Paul is certifiable?
