  1. Jon Stewart will appeal to older people who need to hear what he has to say. Gen Z already seem to be much better informed about the issues; they just need to be motivated. Gen X (my generation) and older have become much more easily conned by both Republicans and by right-wing Democrats. We need Jon Stewart to get us to stop believing lies, to stop voting for politicians who will do bad things, and to stop watching right-wing BS media.

Jon Stewart's tweet (yes, I wrote tweet) was a reference to football eligibility. 5' 7" is his height: 5 feet, 7 inches. 165 is his weight, in pounds. 14.8 second 40 is how fast he could run 40 yards. All of those measurements except seconds are in the backwards, outdated imperial system the USA still uses.
