  1. Do not ever use United Healthcare. I had them many years ago. My therapist filed claims, which were rejected. They said he had to file them with United Behavioral Healthcare. He refiled. They then denied about one claim out of four. He checked all the numbers with me in his office. They were all the same on every claim he filed. Yet United refused to pay 25% of the time. I ended up paying out of pocket the whole bill for about 25% of my weekly visits that year. United is a scam.
