  1. The Democratic Party keeps not only accepting right-wing shills like Manchin, but the Dems openly appease them. That makes the Dems look weak and pathetic. The Democratic Party needs to act with strength and tell Republicans-in-all-but-name like Manchin, either fall in line or get out of the party. That is how you win.
