  1. The only real solution to this crisis created by the Supreme Court is to reform the Supreme Court. Impeachment could remove some of the justices who allegedly lied in their confirmation hearings, but that would never get past the Senate. Term limits would help, but that would take time and the Republicans would undo term limits before they would take effect. So either expanding the court or reducing it would work. The Supreme Court used to have six justices instead of the nine it has now. But the spineless Democrats refuse to do anything.
