  1. All Trump needs to do anything he wants, including staying on as president as long as he wants, is to get a majority of the supreme court to agree with whatever he wants. The supreme court can interpret any law or the constitution itself any way they want. As long as Republicans control the senate, Trump has full control over nominating justices to the supreme court and blocking any Democratic attempts to stop him.
