  1. I get that they are lawyers and not accountants, but the California Bar appears to be horribly mismanaged. Stop spending all of your money on the fanciest restaurants, luxury hotel conferences, chartered jets, and lavish parties for Bar employees, if that is what you were doing. Maybe CA Bar needs new people running it instead.
