The police claim that she escaped restraints that Houdini himself would never have been able to escape. Then they claim they "accidentally" forgot to lock her in the cop car, which never happens. Her charges were smaller. A cop and prison guard facing charges of raping a prisoner in their care is a big deal. She had no reason to kill herself. The cops had every reason to murder her and then lie about it.
