  1. To be fair, the first three candidates on your ballot in the video would still do a lot of "mud slinging", especially if there were a dog treat buried in the mud. Seriously, I don't understand how California is so far behind other states in implementing RCV. We do, however, have "jungle primaries" for some races where the top two candidates regardless of party advance to the general election, instead of just the top Democrat and the top Republican.
