  9.  @AnimeGamer0  I can understand the security aspect. But London traffic is notoriously busy making a pity he could not take a bus. I can also understand why he nipped of fairly sharply. I much prefer to JB rather than DJT who had started to and in some ways still gives the US a dodgy name throughout large parts of the world. Good to hear that Tesla are shifting a mega factory’s equipment along with its engineers to the US from Germany.

  11. The Queen was the head of The Commonwealth with well over one billion inhabitants. The US is smaller & perhaps less important to the Brits.

  15. The Queen was head of The Commonwealth of over one billion people. In that context the US is not that important. Plus the US apparently decided to drive through London traffic. Not a good idea even with a police escort. Did the Brits get their own back because the US. had been up themselves ?

  16.  @barbara2646  I don’t see the new King being a vindictive type of person. It does not appear to be in his nature. I have lived longer than him. Thought him a bit of a tree hugger for a while. But now see him as being ahead of his time.
