She should not have ended up with her face slashed whatever the provocation. No excuse for violence whatsoever.

@shortbob4491 BBC Radio 4 news did announce the names of the men arrested. The website made it internationally news. Not sure what the fuss is about. If someone gets their face slashed round here it often does not even make it to the regional news.

@daughterofenoch677 I have a feeling it's trying to stir things up in order to generate hits to increase Andrew's income. But perhaps I am being a little cynical.

I have been told by a group of Central Belt Scots why they don’t like the English. They claimed the the English had sent first the Romans & then the Vikings to attack them. I said England did not exist until the Vikings had been kicked out. They did not believe me. I said check the history books. Their reply. History books were written by the English & are total lies.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Someone getting their face slashed around here may not even make it to the regional new. This incident was reported on Radio 4 along with the names of the men arrested. Making it national. Plus the BBC News website making it International news.

@0Er0 Sorry can’t remember either of their names. I only noticed the report because it appeared to be about an incident that may not have made our local news. Let alone the National & international news.
1
@0Er0 Your point is ?
1
The incident was reported on BBC Radio 4 & on the BBC News website. They named the two men who had been arrested.
1
@hunkyhaggis2161 Which god ? There are at least a couple of dozen.
1
Sorry Andrew you are talking to a world that mostly is not listening. Should stop getting upset & just enjoy the party ?
1
As far as I know. Both Bo-Jo & Andrew omitted to mention the health benefits of not working down the mines.
1
@charsobishi I only have hearsay. Which could be highly inaccurate. I am told a woman reportedly appeared to have been trying to perhaps trigger an incident of some sort. My London contact moved on before the attack & can not be 100% sure that the person attacked was the woman winding people up.
1
I am not aware of that writing. I don't like missing out. What does the writing say ?
1
@TheMan-it7px Sorry. I am possibly a bit thick. I have no idea what you are trying to say.
1
@TheMan-it7px The incident was reported on Radio 4 & on the BBC News website, Both places named the two men who had been arrested. Can't see why all the fuss because it's taken all in all it's only a minor incident.
1
@TheMan-it7px Yes. People are attacked all the time for all sorts of reasons. It sometimes does not even make the local news.
1
@energy2048 The same as anywhere else speakers at any of the Speakers Corners are breaking the law if they speak in away that incites violence. If someone reports them it becomes a police matter. Did anyone ever report her ?
1
@hahahehe4495 The police were in an invidious position anyway. A ban could make things worse. A staged managed arrest could bring her even wider publicity.
1
@TheMan-it7px On a personal level yes. But on a country level I would not really expect any attention. It’s the sort of thing that happened when the Co-Op Hall turned out on a Saturday night.
1
@TheMan-it7px Why not.
1
@TheMan-it7px Can your prove that you are proficient in mind reading ?
1
@leedslad1829 I am one of the people who wonder if Tony Blair is totally innocent. After all violence does is breed violence which breeds more violence. The circle has been going on for centuries. It would nice to think I could do something to break it. Unfortunately too many vested interests on all sides appear to want to carry on.
1
Jail. Only if they are found guilty of something that merits a custodial sentence.
1
You claim to ‘know’ the SMP are corrupt. Can you supply evidence to support that claim ?
1
@thewokefindergeneral7631 I made a comment. So what’s your problem ?
1
@leecromer3289 There May be cause for suspicion. But suspicion is not proof of guilt.
1
@thewokefindergeneral7631 May we please have that in English.
1
Life. 100% fatality rate. Not sure why Andrew appears surprised about the NHS's backlog problems.
1
It was reported on the BBC. Radio 4 making it national news. Plus the BBC News website making it international news.
1
@bren70ssss94 Just having is an excuse. An excuse will not stand up in court. You need to have a valid reason to be in possession of anything that can be classed as an offensive weapon. You are OK if you are carrying to & from work or home/work from B&Q. But you will need a receipt to prove the latter.

I am over 75 & don’t mind paying for the TV licence. Also I am pretty sure that not paying is no longer a criminal offence. The BBC does not need to rely on advertising with all the pressures that involves. Conservatives tend to call the BBC pinko commies & Labour sometimes claim they are right wing biased so they must be doing something right.

@rhydyard I believe no more satanic than any other religion surrounding the God of Abraham.
