  6. Makes every sense not to charge at peak time. People on variable tariff could well find it cheaper to charge off peak. Plus does the average Joe really ‘need’ to charge at peak time. What about areas were you can top your EV at low rate & sell spare capacity back to the grid at high rate ? Is this piece essentially being negative aiming to avoid solutions.

  7. Why so big a problem. A visit to Western Europe sees chargers popping up all over the place. Even complete stations with coffee shops etc. These stations powered remotely by solar & wind using balance batteries.
