  1. I don’t have any problem with the pay system. It works OK for me. It’s all automatic when the money in my account drops below £10 it takes the amount have requested from my bank to top it up. Personally I don’t give a monkey’s who owns it. Also think the congestion charge must reduce the queues for the tunnels. The queues for the tunnels will reduce when the new tunnels that are going in a few miles east open.
