  1.  @donnathedead7554  You may find the that the manufacturer found it cheaper to refund than take them back. In that case they would ask for documentation to show they had been dumped. In business it really is buyer beware & the importer could end up trying to claim against people in the supply chain. The prospect of making a quick buck sometime ends up as a loss.

  2. Did the importer end up getting paid. Or did they end up with their trousers down. Scammed but a dodgy manufacturer ?

  3. If they don’t reach the required safety/performance standards they are effectively trash. If they don’t meet standards why send them to another country where they may do more harm than good.  As an after thought. To reach another country they would need to pass through two lots of customs. It's appears they are substandard. This being known would another country let them in ?

  6.  @donnathedead7554  I did not know that. The same as a customer who came to pick up a repair. I had attached a FOC label to it. Unfortunately she did not know that is an industry standard for ‘Free of Charge’. She somehow thought that I had somehow meant to be insulting. The same as others don’t recognise MT on a gas cylinder or beer cask to denote that it is empty.
