I mean the only real issue with the last generation grand cherokee is some electrical issues, but overall they're reliable I know quite a few people with jeeps who have had zero issues with them.

@GeneralNukes funny you say you'll stick to Japanese yet the 2019 Toyota Sienna and most 2017-2020 lexus models had fuel pump issues, which turned into a recall, which affected 1.8 million vehicles. The 8 speed automatic In new toyota products have been known to slip and have rough shifts. Just look up reviews of the 2020 Rav4 numerous owners complain of battery issues. Oh and honda with their fuel dilution of oil, carbon build ups, spark plug issues. Mazda's seem to be fairly reliable. Subaru is currently having issues with their new infotainment system, and problems with their CVTs. But yeah, stick to your Japanese engineering lmao. Imo no new cars are all that reliable.

How can you call something junk if you've never driven one? I've driven a ton of the previous generation ones and they're great. I'd assume this one is no different.
